on feb 13th 2012, the ministry of industry and information technology of china (abbreviated miit) issued a notice, authorizing twos centers of syrici, which were national dyestuff quality inspection and supervision centers, as the “industrial (dyestuff) products quality control and technical evaluation laboratory” and “industrial (pesticide) products quality control and technical evaluation laboratory”.
the mentioned laboratory is an organization in the industry and information system, with advanced ability of quality control and technical evaluation, and plays an important role in the field of new products development, quality improvement, brand creation and service improvement. in order to adapt for the requirements of new industrial development and improve the national industrial products quality level, this time miit totally authorized 54 national labs, among which 10 labs of petrochemical industry included.
obtaining the authorization means that syrici will undertake the following 6 tasks:
- we can track the international quality control development trend and technical trade policy trend, so that we offer in time reports about relevant technical development and policy suggestions to the government.
- we can regularly assess the products quality status of national relevant professional field, analyse the technical quality level and the difference between the products at home and aboard, offer the scientific technical evidence for leading miit quality management and resolving big quality problems.
- commissioned by the industrial departments at all levels, the labs take part in the research and development of quality plans, rules, policies and standards; undertake the industrial management technical detection, identification, evaluation, etc..
- we promote the international cooperation and exchanges of relevant products quality control and technical evaluation.
- we promote professional training for technical agent, extend advanced methods and offer services to the enterprises like quality detection, evaluation analysis and testing.
- we undertake other jobs from local competent departments and industry associations.
