on mar 13th, mr. liu guangwen, from the research institute, gave lessons to almost 60 researchers, which titled engineering ideology in the technique development.
in the conference, mr. liu explained five aspects, which were the relationship between technique and engineering, selecting topics, engineering ideology, manage situation of the technicists and pilot equipment design. at the meantime, mr. liu emphasized that the real protection environment, pilot equipment design were also important.
